Why communities partner

A better amenity experience.
Minimal lift for your team.

Strong at Home is designed to increase engagement with an existing amenity, give residents another reason to connect with their community, and add wellness programming without creating a new operational burden for property staff.

↗

More amenity engagement

Help residents make meaningful use of a space and equipment the property has already invested in.

◎

Resident connection

Small cohorts give neighbors a natural, low-pressure reason to meet and build routine together.

✓

Low administrative lift

Milepost manages participant registration, scheduling, communication and coaching.

4

Controlled footprint

A maximum of four residents per cohort keeps the program small and predictable.

Small by design

Four people should not take over your gym.

A Strong at Home session is not a large group fitness class. Three or four residents may be working on different exercises while one coach moves between them, leaving the majority of the fitness center available for normal resident use.

One coach. Up to four residents. Individualized plans.

One resident might be learning a goblet squat while another performs a dumbbell row and a third works through a modified press. The shared session creates energy and accountability without requiring everyone to perform the same workout.

Cohorts are scheduled in predictable blocks and designed around the layout, equipment and normal usage patterns of each community’s fitness center.

✓ No large class footprint ✓ No permanent equipment installation ✓ Normal resident access remains available
Illustrative layout only — each community’s program is adapted to its actual fitness center.

Property FAQ

Questions we expect you to ask.

The pilot is intentionally designed so your team can evaluate the idea before making a long-term commitment.

Does the property have to pay for the recurring program?

No ongoing property subsidy is required under the standard Strong at Home model. Residents enroll and pay Milepost directly, subject to the community’s approval of that arrangement.

Will this prevent other residents from using the gym?

That is exactly what the four-person cap is intended to avoid. Coaching blocks are kept deliberately small and adapted to the fitness center’s normal usage patterns and capacity.

Do you bring a lot of equipment?

The program is designed primarily around the equipment already available in the community fitness center. Small supplemental items may be brought when appropriate, with property approval.

Who manages registration and scheduling?

Milepost handles participant registration, communication, recurring cohort schedules and coaching logistics.

What does the property need to do for the free pilot?

Typically: approve the event, confirm the permitted space/time, complete any required vendor process, and help make residents aware of the opportunity. Milepost handles the actual program.

What if residents are not interested?

Then the pilot ends there. The purpose of beginning with Strength Foundations is to validate resident demand before asking either party to invest in an ongoing program.
