Keep going.
Bring someone with you.
Your progress should feel rewarding without needing another points system to manage. Milepost keeps it simple: complete coached sessions, reach meaningful milestones, stay consistent over time, and share the experience with someone you care about.
Show up.
See how far you’ve come.
Every completed paid Milepost coaching session moves your count forward. Your sessions are tracked for you, and when you reach a milestone, the reward is yours — no codes, points or separate loyalty app.

Flexible membership.
Loyalty rewarded.
Milepost is built around earning your loyalty through good coaching, consistency and real relationships. Keep your membership active for 11 consecutive paid months and your 12th month is 50% off.
Stay because it works.
Your membership renews monthly. There is no long-term commitment, cancellation penalty or remaining balance simply because life changes.
Month 12 is 50% off.
Complete 11 consecutive paid membership months and Milepost automatically discounts your 12th consecutive month by 50%.
Your recurring spot stays yours.
While your membership remains active and current, your recurring cohort time remains reserved for you — subject to published schedule changes.
The fine print,
in normal language.
These rules keep rewards predictable and fair without making the program complicated.
Which sessions count toward Milepost Milestones?
Completed paid Strength Preview, semi-private and 1:1 coaching sessions count. Free events, consultations, cancellations and no-shows do not count.
Do my December preview sessions count?
Yes. Paid Strength Preview sessions count toward your lifetime Milepost session total.
How are milestone rewards delivered?
Account credits are applied to future eligible Milepost charges.
Who qualifies as a referral?
A referral must be a new Milepost recurring member who identifies the referring member when joining. One referral reward is available per new member.
When does the referral credit appear?
The new member receives $25 off their first full recurring membership month. The referring member receives a $25 account credit after that full paid month begins.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each eligible new member can generate one referral reward. Valid credits can carry forward to future Milepost charges until used.
How does the 12th-month loyalty reward work?
After 11 consecutive paid membership months, your 12th consecutive month is discounted by 50%. The reward is earned through continued membership — not a long-term commitment.
What breaks a consecutive-membership streak?
Cancellation ends the consecutive-month streak. If Milepost approves a temporary pause, the pause does not count as a paid month; the consecutive count resumes when active paid membership resumes.
Can rewards be exchanged for cash?
No. Milepost account credits and loyalty discounts have no cash value and are not transferable. They apply only to eligible Milepost services or charges.
Can Milepost change the rewards program?
Yes. Milepost may update, replace or discontinue future rewards as the program grows. Any credit already earned will remain available under the terms in effect when it was earned.
Personal coaching.
Human policies.
